Job summary

Finexio is seeking a hands-on Sales Leader to hunt, close CFOs, and build scalable sales processes. You will report to the CEO, drive personal quota attainment, and shape the training and playbooks for rapid team growth.

You will lead a high-velocity sales function, ensure pipeline hygiene, and deliver measurable results with executive visibility. Equity, base salary, uncapped commission, and strong benefits available.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of B2B payments experience with verifiable quota attainment.
• Track record of personally closing mid-market deals ($50M-$500M AP spend).
• Experience building sales processes and training programs from scratch.
• Managing SDR/AE teams to measurable outcomes.
• Advanced Salesforce proficiency—build reports, dashboards, workflows.

Responsibilities

• Carry a Personal Quota & Close Deals.
• Close 10-13 mid-market accounts ($50M-$200M+ AP spend) annually.
• Run your own pipeline: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, closes.
• Lead by example and coach the team in the trenches daily.
• Build and maintain sales playbooks, scripts, and enablement materials.
• Implement onboarding with 30-day productivity milestones.
• Ensure CRM and tools are set up in first week; log all activities.
• Conduct weekly roleplay sessions and call reviews.
