Job summary

Finexio is seeking a hands-on Sales Leader to hunt, sell, and close CFOs who will personally carry a quota, close deals, and scale our sales processes. You will report to the CEO with high visibility and autonomy—and you will be held accountable for results from day one.

You will own pipeline, build playbooks, onboard new hires within 30 days, ensure CRM hygiene, run weekly metrics, and mentor SDRs toward 3–4 meetings per week. Equity and strong commission structure included.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of B2B payments experience with verifiable quota attainment.
• Track record of personally closing mid-market deals ($50M-$500M AP spend).
• Experience building sales processes and training programs from scratch.
• Demonstrated history of managing SDR/AE teams to measurable outcomes.
• Advanced Salesforce proficiency—build reports, dashboards, and workflows.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where you execute first and refine later.

Responsibilities

• Close 10–13 mid-market accounts ($50M-$200M+ AP spend) annually.
• Run your own pipeline: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, and closes.
• Lead by example—your team will see you in the trenches daily.
