Job summary

Finexio, the leader in AP Payments as a Service, seeks a hands-on Sales Leader to hunt, close CFOs, and scale the sales organization from day one. You will report to the CEO, own the personal quota, and build scalable processes that drive rapid growth.

Responsibilities include closing 10–13 mid-market accounts annually, running a full sales cycle, and leading by example while enforcing structured onboarding, metrics, and CRM discipline.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of B2B payments experience with verifiable quota attainment.
• Proven ability to close mid‑market deals in the $50M–$500M AP spend range.
• Experience building sales processes and training programs from scratch.
• Advanced Salesforce proficiency with dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

• Close personal quota and manage pipeline with prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals and closes.
• Lead by example; the team will see you in the trenches daily.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce sales processes, scripts, and onboarding materials.
