Job summary

Finexio seeks a hands-on Sales Leader to hunt, close CFOs, and scale the sales function. You will carry a personal quota, run end-to-end pipeline, and drive processes and training across the team. Report to the CEO with high autonomy and accountability.

You will implement onboarding, dashboards, and weekly metrics, while coaching SDRs and AEs to meet aggressive targets in a fast-paced Fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of B2B payments experience with verifiable quota attainment.
• Track record of personally closing mid-market deals ($50M-$500M AP spend).
• Experience building sales processes and training programs from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Close 10-13 mid-market accounts annually.
• Run your own pipeline: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, and closes.
• Lead by example—your team will see you in the trenches daily.
• Document and enforce sales processes and training programs.
• Own CRM & sales operations—ensure 100% activity logging in Salesforce.
