Job summary

OpenAI’s Strategic Finance Partnerships role will own our B2B Partnerships P&L, helping drive pricing, structuring, and decision-making for partnerships. You will be a key finance partner to Partnerships, deal leads, Product owners, and Operations teams, shaping revenue targets and unit economics.

This role is based in San Francisco, CA with a hybrid model (3 days in office) and relocation assistance for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial evaluation of new B2B partnerships, modeling revenue, contribution margin, compute costs, cash flow, investment needs, and risk.
• Translate opportunities into decision- and exec-ready economics and manage the overall Partnerships book of business.
