RISE Financial Group seeks a motivated B2B Sales Representative to develop and manage a client base in a field-based, high-earning role. You will connect with business owners, present supplemental insurance products, and close deals with support through comprehensive training.

This entry-level position offers uncapped commissions, a weekly draw, bonuses, and a clear path for career growth. Licensing assistance is provided to obtain your state health insurance license as you build your client

Qualifications

• Candidates must have strong drive to succeed and ability to exceed expectations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and take charge in conversations.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional employment (post high school) required.
• Willingness to obtain a state health insurance license (assistance provided).
