Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep in Torrance, CA to promote pest-control solutions to commercial clients. You’ll build trusted relationships, meet sales goals, and leverage award-winning training to succeed.

This role offers base pay plus uncapped commission, a company vehicle after training, a provided iPhone and iPad, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Join a mission-driven team focused on safety, integrity and community.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required!! Sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to various industries
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and meet regulatory standards
• Build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development
• Inspect interiors and exteriors of commercial properties and explain solutions to customers
• Prepare sales agreements using the provided iPad and stay organized
