Qualifications

• No industry experience required, sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests, uphold quality and safety, and satisfy regulatory standards.
• Build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting customer businesses.
• Listen to needs and clearly explain practical solutions, winning customers with confidence and care.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads, using marketing tools to drive growth.
