Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to join its Commercial sales team. You’ll learn Orkin products and services and sell to a variety of industries, building trusted relationships and delivering pest-control solutions.

No industry experience required; comprehensive training, a company vehicle, and a competitive benefits package. Earn $60k–$120k first-year with base salary plus uncapped commissions and a path to leadership.

Qualifications

• No industry experience required, sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to various industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and satisfy standards.
• Build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct inspections of interiors and exteriors of commercial properties.
• Present recommendations and set expectations for customers’ pest programs.
