Job summary

Simpay is seeking a Membership Advisor to promote the Exectras Membership to small and mid-sized businesses. You’ll work from warm prospect lists tied to trusted associations and guide prospects from first contact to close.

The role rewards high activity selling, uncapped commissions, and ongoing training. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in inside or B2B sales, excellent communication, and comfort with outbound outreach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience (inside sales, B2B, or BD preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls.
• Consultative selling approach with good listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to business owners from prospect lists.
• Educate decision-makers on the Exectras Membership value.
• Identify needs and position membership as a win for employers and employees.
• Schedule and conduct virtual or phone presentations.
• Guide prospects through the sales process from contact to close.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Maintain CRM records of interactions and pipeline activity.
• Follow up via calls, email, and other channels.
• Participate in sales meetings and product training.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to maximize opportunities.
