Simpay is seeking a Membership Advisor to promote the Exectras Membership program to small and medium-sized businesses. You will primarily work from warm prospect lists of associations and organizations to educate owners about value.

This role suits a high-activity sales professional who thrives on speaking with business owners and closing deals with uncapped earning potential. Base salary plus commission offers strong income potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales, B2B sales, or business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to business owners from prospect lists.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and educate on Exectras Membership value.
• Identify customer needs and position membership as a win-win for employers and employees.
• Schedule and conduct virtual or phone presentations.
• Guide prospects through the sales process from initial contact to close.
