Job summary

Simpay is seeking a driven Membership Advisor to introduce and sell the Exectras Membership to small and mid-sized businesses. You will work from warm prospect lists tied to associations we partner with, building relationships with decision-makers and guiding them through the sales process to close deals.

This role thrives in a high-activity environment, with uncapped earning potential and ongoing product training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in inside, B2B, or business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with high volume outbound calls daily.
• Excellent listening and consultative selling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to business owners from prospect lists.
• Educate decisionmakers on the Exectras Membership value.
• Identify customer needs and position the membership as a solution.
• Schedule and conduct virtual or phone presentations.
• Guide prospects from initial contact to close.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Maintain records of interactions and CRM activity.
• Follow up via calls, email, and other channels.
• Participate in sales meetings and training.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to maximize opportunities.
