Quantimetrix is seeking a Marketing Manager in Redondo Beach, CA to lead hands-on B2B marketing. You will transform priorities into marketing plans, drive integrated campaigns, and guide a small team across Sales, Customer Service, and more.

You will own digital marketing, content, analytics, and ROI, while managing budgets, timelines, and external partners. A Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of marketing experience are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Seven+ years of hands-on B2B marketing experience, incl. strategy, campaigns, digital execution, and content.
• At least three years of direct people-management experience with coaching and development.
• Success leading integrated campaigns from strategy through launch and improvement.
• Experience with website CMS, email, analytics, SEO, marketing automation/CRM; paid digital a plus.
• Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience in regulated technical B2B environments preferred; strong cross-functional leadership.
