Activate Group is seeking a Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team in a home-based role. The candidate will set and deliver the go-to-market strategy to support sales and business development growth across our markets.

With strong B2B marketing experience, you’ll manage research, content creation and digital activities, using Claude and other tools to improve engagement and visibility while collaborating with the central marketing team.

Qualifikationen

• At least five years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Ability to create and execute a marketing strategy.
• Experience defining value propositions for services.
• Market research and turning insights into plans.
• Experience using Claude or similar AI tools for research and content.

Aufgaben

• Build and deliver the marketing strategy and plan aligned to sales targets.
• Research and develop propositions for markets and channels.
• Plan and manage the marketing budget and ROI.
• Collaborate with sales to generate and nurture leads and support bids.
• Create content for websites, blogs, emails, social platforms and publications.
• Lead digital marketing including SEO, paid and email campaigns.
• Measure marketing performance and report on leads and pipeline.
