Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience in energy, industrial, infrastructure, or tech hardware/software products.
• 2–3 years of managerial experience.

Responsabilidades

• Translate technical specifications into clear value propositions and sales tools for commercial buyers.
• Plan and run demand-generation campaigns with the Ford Energy sales team.
• Select and execute key trade shows and industry moments to reach real buyers.
• Own web content, social media, newsletters, paid ads, and in-person experiences.
• Set baseline and target metrics for awareness, engagement and conversion.
• Must be able to work 4 days a week in Dearborn, MI
