Job summary

LeoForce seeks a Maintenance Sales Representative to drive front-end maintenance sales growth in the market. You will identify prospects, research decision-makers, and engage owners and facility leaders to secure initial meetings and complex service agreements.

You’ll manage a full sales process, nurture a robust CRM pipeline, and collaborate with service teams to ensure successful handoffs. A hunter mindset and B2B experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years outside sales experience.
• Hunter type drive and B2B sales experience.
• Proven comfort with proactive outreach and new business development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with driving record in good standing.
• Ability to work independently while meeting activity and sales goals.
• Ability to reliably support daily activity from the Northern Colorado office and surrounding service area.
• Professional presence with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify commercial and industrial prospects in market.
• Research target buildings, owners, operators, and decision-makers.
• Prospect via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and visits.
• Set first meetings with business owners and facility leaders.
• Qualify opportunities and avoid poor-fit prospects.
• Ask discovery questions to understand needs and costs.
• Coordinate surveys with service leadership when needed.
• Develop maintenance recommendations aligned with customer needs.
• Present maintenance agreements as business solutions.
• Manage full sales process from contact to signed agreement.
• Maintain clean pipeline and CRM activity (Salesforce).
• Collaborate with service and leadership for smooth handoff after sale.
• Seek coaching and participate in training to improve.
