Job summary

Haynes Mechanical Systems is seeking a Maintenance Sales Manager to lead the Denver region of our maintenance sales team. The role focuses on coaching MSRs, developing new accounts, and selling annual service and maintenance agreements to commercial/industrial facilities.

You will guide the team to meet cultural and performance standards while expanding our service portfolio. The position requires 5+ years of outside sales experience, B2B development, leadership, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of outside sales experience with proven success.
• 5+ years of experience selling services, service agreements, or contracts.
• Demonstrated B2B new business development experience.
• Previous sales leadership experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and currently maintain a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Hire and onboard new Maintenance Sales Representatives (MSRs) for the Denver region.
• Co-author an Associate Development Plan (ADP) with each direct report.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations and follow-up on ADP goals.
• Use Salesforce, Atlas, and Quadra with proficiency for all stages of the sales cycle.
• Train team members on sales software and ensure proper adoption and usage.
• Execute annual sales plans and lead strategic sales initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the Denver market and competitive landscape.
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships for maintenance opportunities.
• Collaborate with GM’s and operational leaders in Denver.
