Job summary

Darkroom is a remote-first growth marketing partner focused on email and lifecycle marketing across Shadow, Darkroom, and the CEO’s personal newsletter. You will own strategy, flows, and copy, while coordinating with design and video partners and an AI analytics layer to drive signups and pipeline.

You will build funnels, nurture programs, and webinar follow-ups end-to-end, shaping the buyer journey across multiple audiences in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building lifecycle or email programs for B2B audiences.
• Ability to design and optimize end-to-end email flows.
• Strong writing ability to craft direct, unsupervised messaging.
• A data-driven approach to measure signups, conversions, and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Build the direct funnel end-to-end from creator/LinkedIn to email capture and signup.
• Own onboarding, activation, and product education sequences for new signups.
• Run follow-up for demos, webinars, and launches with pre-built sequences.
• Own strategy for the biweekly newsletter and the CEO’s owned list.
