Job summary

Canyon Creek Financial LLC. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative & Trainer to drive B2B insurance solutions, train new agents, and manage a local territory in-person. You will balance sales activity with mentoring responsibilities, earning commissions and incentives while helping businesses and agents grow.

The role is an independent contractor position with weekly base draw, uncapped commissions, and licensing reimbursement to support licensing costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor others.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Resilient and focused, able to operate independently.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales relationships with local business owners through in-person outreach.
