Job summary

Auto-Chlor System is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated field sales representative based in the Baltimore area to drive new business with restaurants. You will travel M-F, 8am-5pm, meeting prospects, explaining our dish machines, cleaning solutions, and service programs, and building a strong pipeline.

Expect a base plus commission with first-year earnings around $84,000–$90,000 and competitive benefits, including 401(k) and a company vehicle for business use.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to complete a background check, MVR, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Make 20 to 30 in-person cold calls every day.
• Build a strong prospect pipeline.
• Lease our dish washing machines, cleaning systems, and service programs.
• Work closely with our service teams to ensure new accounts launch successfully.
• Take ownership of your numbers, territory, and activity plan.
