Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of outside, B2B, or face-to-face sales/marketing experience.
• Cold calling/outbound sales experience.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge and testing procedures.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead outbound outreach to merchant owners to identify growth opportunities.
• Understand merchant goals and align AFF solutions to drive revenue.
• Log conversations and activity in the CRM and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate marketing materials and assets to support merchant pitches and enablement.
