Job summary

Roman Health Pharmacy LLC in Irvine, CA is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive new business opportunities in the designated territory. You will consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas while expanding knowledge of payroll, HCM, PEO, and related BPO offerings.

The role requires strong negotiation, CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar), and the ability to collaborate across teams to tailor proposals and renewal documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience, skills, education preferred.
• At least two years' progressive sales experience in B2B intangible sales (payroll, HCM, PEO, or BPO).
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel internationally on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Develop lead generation strategies and effectively use CRM to track activities.
• Complete and submit accurate new business paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports.
• Frequent domestic and occasional international travel will be required to attend meetings and events.
