Job summary

LS ELECTRIC America, Inc. is seeking a Product Management Specialist to manage content creation for marketing materials, coordinate with Korea HQ, and lead market research to drive product management activities.

The role involves collaboration with sales, design, and customer service to align branding and strategy. The candidate will document customer requirements, assist in roadmaps, analyze campaigns, and present insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Engineering.
• 2–3 years of related experience.
• Proven experience in B2B marketing.
• Fluent in English and Korean (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage content creation for marketing materials (brochures, manuals, presentations, datasheets) ensuring brand consistency.
• Coordinate with Korea HQ to align global strategies and content.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and design to integrate marketing efforts with business goals.
• Gather and document customer requirements and assist in product roadmaps.
• Provide input during product design and development with Korea-based strategy team.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis; present actionable insights.
• Analyze marketing campaigns and recommend improvements using metrics.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to meet timelines.
• Stay updated on marketing trends and tools; propose innovative ideas.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies based on market data and cost analysis.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback; facilitate communication with product development.
• Conduct training and create documentation for sales and customer service teams.
