Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities and maintain professionalism with customers and coworkers.
• Solve problems and build trusted relationships with commercial clients.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and handling assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development and inspections.
• Inspect interiors and exteriors of commercial properties and propose solutions.
• Prepare sales agreements and stay organized using provided tools.
