Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to join its Commercial sales team in Jacksonville. No industry experience is required to start your career—award-winning training and a path to leadership await. You’ll leverage a strong brand, earn a competitive base plus uncapped commission, and drive growth with top-tier service.

You’ll inspect customer needs, propose pest solutions, close deals, and manage accounts using an iPad and sales software. A company vehicle is provided after training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• No industry experience required; sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Sell Orkin products and services to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to prevent pests and meet standards.
• Build trusted relationships and close new business.
• Use the provided tools to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
