Job summary

Rise Financial Group in Anacortes, WA is seeking Outside Sales Representatives to build a profitable book of business in a B2B setting. You will meet with business owners and managers, present supplemental health and life products, and drive growth in your assigned territory.

Expect flexible scheduling with weekly draw pay, commissions, and bonuses; opportunities for leadership; comprehensive training; and trips and stock options as incentives for high performers.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (license fees covered).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Outside sales experience in B2B preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a book of business in the assigned territory.
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers in person.
• Lead product presentations to groups of 50–100+ attendees.
• Track activity, manage pipeline, and meet sales targets.
• Receive leads, attend meetings, and report daily metrics.
