Rise Financial Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced B2B environment. You will sell top-tier supplemental insurance products to small and medium-sized business owners within your territory, building lasting relationships and a personal book of business.

This role offers independence with support, flexible scheduling, and a clear leadership path as you grow.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain; licensing fees covered.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers in your territory to offer supplemental insurance products.
• Build and maintain your own book of business with cold calling and client follow-ups.
• Lead product presentations, one-on-one and in groups of 50–100+ people.
• Set your own schedule, track activities, and hit monthly/quarterly goals.
• Receive and follow up on leads, attend sales meetings, report daily metrics.
• Grow professionally with ongoing training in advanced sales and leadership.
