RISE Financial Group is looking for a motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our outside B2B team, selling supplemental insurance products with a return of premium feature. You’ll receive comprehensive training, one-on-one mentoring, and growth opportunities as you build client relationships, meet performance targets, and advance into leadership.

This is a full-time, in-person role with a supportive culture, competitive weekly draws, bonuses, licensing reimbursement, and ongoing

Qualifications

• A strong work ethic and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A willingness to obtain a Health & Life producer license (licensing reimbursement available).
• A bachelor's degree or 5+ years of post-high school professional experience (exceptions made for specialized sales backgrounds).
