Job summary

Connecticut Pest Elimination is seeking an Account Manager to join our full-service pest control team. You will leverage sales skills to grow commercial accounts and deliver tailored pest solutions after inspections.

Responsibilities include prospecting new business, meeting sales goals, and conducting property inspections with guided training. We offer a competitive base plus commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a problem solver for commercial clients by utilizing the in-depth training provided to decide on the best overall pest solution for each customer's needs.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilizing marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the client’s commercial property—training is provided.
• Make recommendations to clients based on your inspection and addressing any questions, explaining the process and setting expectations.
