Job summary

Dow Jones & Co. is seeking a seasoned B2B Event Producer in New York to develop, plan, and deliver conferences, executive forums, and customer experiences that strengthen client relationships and drive growth.

You will collaborate with product marketing, sales, sponsorship, programming, and editorial teams to create conferences that showcase Dow Jones products and support commercial objectives. You will work closely with programming, marketing, sales, and sponsorship teams to build relationships

Qualifications

• Experience producing B2B conferences, executive forums or customer events.
• Experience balancing creative event production with commercial objectives and measurable business outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate across Product Marketing, Sales, Editorial and Product teams within a matrixed organisation.
• Experience managing heavy and contrasting event schedules.
• Knowledge of event design and marketing processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver events that support Dow Jones' B2B growth strategy across Risk & Compliance, Factiva, Newswires, OPIS, Chemical Market Analytics and other enterprise businesses.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales and Business stakeholders to align event objectives with commercial priorities and customer engagement strategies.
• Coordinate event content with programming, marketing and subject matter experts to support key business themes and client needs.
• Work with Sales teams before, during and after events to maximise attendee engagement and lead generation.
• Produce post-event reporting, including attendee feedback and performance insights for future improvements.
• Manage exhibitor logistics, sponsorship activations, and promotional materials.
