Job summary

Universal Energy Solutions is hiring full-time CS and Sales to join our Pittsburgh team, serving businesses throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area. You’ll work directly with business owners to review their electricity and natural gas supply plans, introduce competitive supplier options, and recommend solutions that fit their business needs.

You’ll primarily support existing customer relationships while continuing to grow your portfolio through new business development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related sales experience.
• Authorised to work in the United States.
• Requires valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing commercial customers.
• Meet local business owners and decision-makers in person.
• Review energy supply plans and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Recommend supplier options based on customer needs.
• Support renewals and ongoing energy needs.
• Develop new business opportunities within assigned territory.
