Job summary

LG Electronics is hiring a Customer Solutions Specialist to receive and resolve escalated B2B LG ACT issues. You will coordinate with LG ACT, LG Electronics US, and LGEAI teams to implement permanent solutions and prevent recurrences.

You will manage onboarding, portal access, and process familiarity for customers, while proactively monitoring credit status and addressing order and shipping concerns. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in direct customer facing roles.
• Experience in sales or customer account management is a plus.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Receives, documents, researches, and resolves escalated customer issues via phone and email.
• Adheres to KPIs and helps identify trends for improvement.
• Assists onboarding, portal access, and processes.
• Coordinates resolution to account credit issues.
• Resolves supply chain issues like shipping date changes and damages.
• Monitors credit to prevent delays, assists warranty filings, and co-op/CSF issues.
• Documents cases in LG ACT CRM and participates in improvements.
• Collaborates with LG ACT, LG Electronics US, and LGEAI teams.
