FASTSIGNS of West Metro, MN is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our Indianapolis team. You will be the first contact for inquiries, prepare estimates, and manage the sales process from inquiry to order fulfillment.

The role requires 2+ years in customer-facing roles, strong communication skills, and proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office. You will collaborate with production and installation teams to ensure client satisfaction.

• 2+ years in customer-facing roles.
• Friendly, approachable with a professional demeanor.
• Strong communication via phone and email.
• Stay composed and effective under pressure.
• Organized and detail-oriented with multitasking ability.
• Familiar with CRM systems, MS Office, and email platforms.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent listening and organizational skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods (4+ hours).
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4+ hours).

Responsabilités

• Serve as first contact for inbound calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Prepare estimates, create proposals, manage sales from inquiry to order.
• Collaborate with production and installation teams to meet client needs.
• Participate in daily team meetings and sales strategy sessions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients.
• Make outbound calls and follow up with business clients to generate opportunities and close sales.
