Composites One LLC is seeking a Customer Account Representative to serve as the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries, order entries, and resolution of non-technical issues. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate orders and timely updates while upholding our service standards.

This role emphasizes collaboration across departments, data accuracy in pricing, and building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Related experience in business-to-business customer service, account coordination, order management, or distribution center roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience working in a Windows environment.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsabilités

• Supports the order fulfillment process with internal teams and customers.
• Acts as primary liaison between customers and internal departments for clear communication.
• Maintains accurate, up-to-date customer pricing information in the ERP system.
• Develops product, quality, and process knowledge to support sales and QMS/SOPs.
