Composites One LLC in Rhode Island is seeking a Customer Account Representative who serves as the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries, accurate order entries, and non-technical resolutions while supporting cross-functional teamwork. You will coordinate orders and back-orders, maintain customer pricing in the ERP, and apply product and process knowledge to assist the sales process.

Occasional travel may be required; the role supports a growing customer base with a focus on service

Formación

• B2B customer service, account coordination, order management experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience working in a Windows environment.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Supports the order fulfillment process in alignment with Composites One's core values, building and maintaining positive, effective relationships with both external customers and internal Team Members.
• Assist as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring clear communication and effective troubleshooting throughout the order fulfillment process.
• Supports the integrity of the pricing process by maintaining accurate, complete, and up-to-date customer pricing information in the ERP system.
• Develops and applies foundational products, quality and process knowledge including adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to develop solutions and support the sales process.
