ProSearch in Westbrook, Maine seeks a tech-savvy Temporary Business Support Specialist for a 6+ month hybrid assignment. You will support B2B operations by processing contracts and orders, validating data, and ensuring billing documentation is accurate and complete.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate with customers via email. Training includes SAP usage and cross-functional collaboration across teams, with on-site presence initially.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, contract administration, order entry, or billing support.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail in data entry and documentation.
• Experience with Excel formulas, sorting/filtering, and basic reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process contracts, service agreements, and project validation documents.
• Enter and manage customer orders and associated billing data.
• Communicate with customers via email regarding status, details, or billing questions.
• Track order status and update internal systems to align with project timelines.
• Support billing, order entry, and contract workflows with accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve inquiries or data discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document milestones and communications.
• Use Excel for reporting, tracking, and data validation.
• Learn and use SAP for order entry and reporting.
