Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Significant experience in content marketing management and strategy development.
• Strong knowledge of content marketing principles and storytelling.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in SEO and GEO practices.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, HubSpot, FranConnect.
• Creative thinker capable of developing new ideas and campaigns.
• Strong communication and teamwork, with client-facing experience.
• Franchise industry experience is a plus.
