Job summary

Razorfish is seeking a Senior Content Strategist to shape B2B content strategy across campaigns and website redesigns. You will translate research into actionable frameworks, plans and deliverables while collaborating with Strategy, SEO, UX, Creative and Analytics teams.

You will drive audience journey mapping, taxonomy, metadata and structured content, supporting AI/LLM readiness and editorial governance. This role emphasizes strong writing, project management and client-facing communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital content strategy, preferably agency/consulting
• Experience supporting complex B2B digital content campaigns
• Strong UX, taxonomy, tagging, metadata and structured content understanding
• Experience across multiple audiences, channels and stages of the customer journey
• Collaboration with Strategy, SEO, UX, Creative, Data/Analytics and Tech teams
• Experience with AI tools and learning new tools
• Familiarity with content structure for AI/LLM discoverability
• Proficient in MS Office and CMS/DAM platforms, preferably AEM
• Excellent research, writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Client-facing communication and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Support planning content and POVs for website redesign initiatives
• Conduct content, audience and competitive assessments and research
• Develop content strategies, editorial plans, topics, pillars and formats
• Create content architectures, metadata and tagging guidelines
• Assist in AI/LLM readiness and content discoverability assessments
• Generate content matrices, calendars and strategic documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and journeys
• Maintain editorial standards and quality across channels
