The Container Store is seeking a skilled B2B Project Coordinator to support our Account Executives and internal sales team in delivering Custom Space solutions from design through installation. You will coordinate with General Contractors, manage timelines, and keep projects on schedule while upholding our standards for service and quality.

Collaborating across Stores, Transportation, Fulfillment, and Installation, you will help design, quote, place orders, and follow up to ensure customer

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple B2B projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong collaboration with General Contractors and internal departments.
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and Builder Trend preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage multiple B2B construction projects and timelines.
• Maintain cross-department communication to ensure orders and projects stay on track.
• Build relationships with Account Executives, installation partners, and customers.
• Coordinate with General Contractors on scheduling and site readiness.
• Track project milestones and budgets, flag risks early in Procore and Bluebeam.
• Support sales opportunities including quoting, ordering, and post-project follow-up.
