Responsibilities

• Resolve and negotiate third-party cable/utility damage claims.
• Work with insurers to negotiate settlements.
• Handle 40–50 inbound/outbound calls daily.
• Enter notes in Claims Database Tool.
• Coordinate with field investigators and management.
