Position Description:
One Thing Marketing is a digital marketing agency helping home service businesses across the U.S. generate more leads through high-performing websites, SEO strategies, and reputation building.

We’re seeking a SDR/BDR to join our sales team. This role is for someone who knows how to generate B2B leads, qualify them, and set appointments with decision-makers - specifically in the home services industry.

You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our future clients. Your job is to start the conversation, uncover their pain points, and schedule strategy sessions with our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, and social media.
  • Qualify leads and identify fit based on industry, services, and readiness.
  • Set appointments for strategy sessions with our sales team.
  • Maintain accurate activity logs and pipeline notes in CRM.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to optimize outreach campaigns.
  • Meet or exceed monthly performance goals.

Experience:
  • B2B appointment setting: 1 year (Required).
  • Digital marketing (SEO/web design) appointment setting: 1 year (Required).
  • Home services industry appointment setting: 1 year (Required).

Position Overview:
  • Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract.
  • Pay: $250.00 per qualified appointment booked.
  • Bonus Opportunities: Unlock up to $500 in bonuses by hitting key performance goals.
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday.
  • No weekends.
Work Location: Remote.
