Openkrill is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Specialist with strong BigCommerce expertise to launch and maintain a B2B online store. The role focuses on executing the e-commerce launch, managing products and pricing, and ensuring reliable operations across integrations with inventory systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience.
• Strong BigCommerce experience and B2B e-commerce background.
• Experience managing large product catalogs and complex variants.
• Experience integrating BigCommerce with ERP or order systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and own projects independently.
• Strong English communication skills and US Central time availability.

Responsibilities

• Own the BigCommerce store and drive launch from setup to live.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot store functionality pre/post launch.
• Manage products, categories, variants, pricing, and catalog data.
• Maintain a large B2B catalog with thousands of SKUs.
• Handle complex product variants and configurations.
• Integrate BigCommerce with inventory/ERP systems and ensure alignment.
• Track order flow from BigCommerce to inventory and back to store.
• Manage shipping options and checkout logistics with third-party apps.
• Adjust shipping methods as business needs change.
• Support payment gateway and checkout configuration.
• Leverage BigCommerce APIs for bulk updates and catalog changes.
• Troubleshoot issues and improve e-commerce workflows.
• Connect the store to the company website and domain, assist DNS.
• Build or modify landing pages for product categories or campaigns.
• Implement ongoing improvements based on business needs.
