Job summary

The Right Balance is seeking a Shopify Ecommerce Experience Coordinator for a remote, part-time engagement. The role focuses on building and maintaining a BigCommerce storefront, implementing designs, and integrating with third-party systems to deliver premium ecommerce experiences.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in BigCommerce development, full-stack capabilities, and experience with AI-assisted development tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrated ability.
• 3+ years of hands-on BigCommerce development experience (mid-level).
• Full-stack development experience ( frontend & backend) and collaboration with designers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the BigCommerce storefront with Stencil theming and customization.
• Implement designs from the design team into production-ready code.
• Develop integrations with third-party systems (vendor feeds, payment/shipping providers).
• Manage catalog structure and inventory sync across a large product range.
• Troubleshoot checkout flow, product configuration, and site performance issues.
