Qualifications

• Generate and manage leads using CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus).
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-up.
• Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance goals.
• Contribute to overall agency growth and team success.
