Qualifications

8-10+ years of B2B sales, wholesale, or national account experience.
Strong B2B sales experience with a global beauty brand or leading beauty company.
Experience managing major US national retailers (e.g., Ulta Beauty, Sephora, Target, Walmart, Costco, CVS, Walgreens).

Responsibilities

Lead the overall B2B Sales organization, strategy, and execution.
Manage and develop relationships with major US national retail and wholesale accounts.
Drive revenue growth through new brand launches, product launches, assortment expansion, and new distribution opportunities.
Lead retailer meetings, line reviews, business reviews, and seasonal planning.
Negotiate pricing, promotional programs, and trade terms where applicable.
Lead and develop the B2B Sales team to achieve company sales objectives.
