Backblaze is seeking a B2 Principal Product Manager to lead the product strategy and end-to-end development for its B2 cloud object storage. You will collaborate with Design, Engineering, and GTM, turning customer insights into impactful features and measurable outcomes.

You will influence roadmap, prioritize opportunities, and drive market leadership. You will partner with Product Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches, adoption, and ongoing optimization while

Qualifications

• :8+ years of Product Management experience in tech businesses, preferably on IaaS and/or SaaS offerings.
• Proven ownership of roadmaps and MVPs across the full product life cycle.
• Strong grasp of cloud architecture, APIs, and security & compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• :Drive B2 product strategy and roadmap development through delivery execution.
• :Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle from discovery through delivery.
• :Gather and synthesize inputs for discovery and prioritization from internal functions, customers, and partners.
• :Translate complex customer challenges into clear product requirements with Design, Engineering, and GTM teams.
• :Collaborate with Product Marketing to launch and drive adoption of new products and features.
• :Act as a subject matter expert and evangelist for Backblaze's solutions to customers and partners.
• :Establish and track KPIs, using data to guide iteration and growth.
