Job summary

Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited is seeking a leader for their B/OSS operations within a rapidly growing FTTH platform. This pivotal role offers the chance to influence corporate operating systems and develop integration strategies for continued growth.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ISP B/OSS migrations and a strong command of SQL, ETL, and data migration. This fully remote position enables strategic impact across acquisitions while reporting to the Co-CEO.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ISP B/OSS migration experience is essential.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with ETL processes required.
• Experience with API integrations and workflow design is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead full migration from Sonar to Gaiia.
• Own B/OSS integrations across all systems.
• Standardize corporate operating stack platform-wide.
• Build repeatable acquisition integration playbooks.
• Drive adoption, reporting, and data integrity.
