Ferman Ford's Service Departments operate on a team-based system where you'll work alongside other team members on a single vehicle to provide our Guests with accurate auto service and repairs on time and within budget. Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repairs including brakes, suspension, HVAC, and drivability concerns.
• Assist in diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues with guidance from senior technicians.
• Work with Service Advisors and Parts Department to ensure timely repairs.
• Complete routine maintenance services such as fluid changes, alignments, and filter replacements.
• Document repair work accurately on the Repair Order.
• Continue training to advance skills and achieve Ford STST certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of automotive service technician experience.
• ASE certifications or Ford STST preferred.
• Proficiency in brakes, suspension, HVAC, and diagnostics.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a safe driving record.
