About the Job

We are seeking an HVAC Technician B, A, or Special to join our team in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. Responsibilities include:

1. Providing quality services and products focusing on customer satisfaction and safety
2. Servicing, inspecting, and installing residential and commercial gas and electric appliances and HVAC equipment to ensure compliance with codes and provide superior service
3. Maintaining and repairing the gas distribution system, including gas meters and regulators
4. Promoting and ensuring customer satisfaction and selling Home Service Plus products and services
5. Responding to emergency situations to maintain the safe delivery of natural gas
6. Completing record keeping and operating company vehicles safely
7. Participating in training to increase job knowledge and competency

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a 1 or 2-year certificate, diploma, or associate degree in heating, refrigeration, and air conditioning, or equivalent technical skills through education and experience

• For Tech B: Entry-level position requiring a minimum of 2 years’ experience in heating, refrigeration, and air conditioning

• For Tech A and Special Technician: Must have completed at least two years in the “A” Technician classification
