Job summary

Bloomingdale’s is seeking a B-Helpful Professional to energize in-store experiences, greet customers, and provide friendly, tech-savvy service. You’ll manage an in-store service hub, assist with Buy Online Pick-up in Store orders (BOPS), process returns, and help customers with appointments for in-store services.

Qualifications

• Candidates with a High School Diploma or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
